- Assess clients financial situations and creditworthiness
- Recommend suitable mortgage loan products
- Guide clients through the loan application process from start to finish
- Collect and review required documentation for loan approval
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other professionals to ensure timely loan processing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market trends
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the loan process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources
